City Has No Money Update – Provincial Election

In a previous post I wrote that none of the provincial candidates have offered to take back the cost of programs dumped onto the city in the 90s.
According to this Toronto Star article however, Howard Hampton, the NDP candidate, has announced that if he is elected in October, the province will upload the cost of several city-funded programs, saving Toronto $396 million.
